Thomas "Byron" Crawford

DBC mourns the loss of one of our founding members, Byron Crawford.   Two days after fishing his last tournament, Byron passed from this life.  Born in Beaumont, TX a longtime resident of Georgia who called it home.  Byron experienced years of health problems that rarely stood in the way of his love for fishing.  His trials mostly went unknown to the club, for it was not his way to complain or seek attention.  Byron's testimony was of one of, your attitude can propel you beyond the impossible.  Byron held a deep affection for the club; in so much, he asked to be buried in his club shirt. 

God’s grace was upon him and his life was not in vain, for through his life we learned.
